Overview
Lloyds Intermediary is seeking to recruit a Reinsurance Technician for their Essex based Office Reinsurance Technician Job Market - Insurance Reinsurance recoveries for Excess of loss, proportional and facultative accounts Calculate, issue and monitor reinsurance collection notes as per contract terms and conditions Produce Risk and Claim Bordeaux to support reinsurance accounts Comply with department’s month/quarter end deadline requirements Respond to re insurers queries in a timely manner Renewal presentation information Management information Project work - assist in the testing and implementation of new software or processes Review and update procedure manuals in an accurate and timely manner Manage the relationships with Customers, Agents and Service Providers: Advise, assist and service customers on insurance and risk matters to promote customer's satisfaction; Foster positive relationships with Customers and attain an understanding of their needs; Ensure that Customer Complaints are promptly identified, recorded and referred as appropriate; and, Ensure that the principles of Treating Customers Fairly are upheld by Agents and Service Providers.
