Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Consultant to join an existing client in Stockport. This is a full time and permanent role paying up to £20,000 per annum basic salary with opportunity to earn monthly bonus on top This company offer progression opportunities and are keen on career development for their employees. What will you be doing? Aiming to rebuild trust and loyalty with customers Working to retain customers from leaving the client Resolve customer issues and retention requests that front line and second line staff have been unable to remedy Reinforce the company values to provide customers with a reason to stay Reinstate direct debits and collect debt when you identify that payments have failed Split your time between answering inbound retention calls and managing proactive outbound campaigns What are we looking for? Previous experience in Retentions / Call Centre / Outbound Dialling / Sales is desirable Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong level of IT skills Able to provide high levels of customer at all times Hours of work - Monday to Friday - Shifts between 8am-6pm Salary - £20,000 per annum plus monthly bonus We are looking to hold interviews immediately so if you're interested apply now Cordant People are an equal opportunities employer Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
