Overview

Newstaff Employment are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a 3 to 6 months contract on behalf of a client based in Watford. Salary around £28000, between £14.00 / £15.00 p/h. This is a contract basis role for 3 months, with possible extension to 6 months, and we are ideally looking for someone who is available for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities Collate and prepare relevant employee information ready for monthly payroll run Upload paperwork to the relevant system Processing Starters and Leavers Receiving and dealing with queries in a timely and efficient manner from both employees and managers. Check through hours and rate/salary information, highlighting any anomalies that may occur Any other HR Administration duties as required. Experience / Skills Previous Payroll Administration experience Previous Workday experience Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages especially Excel Demonstrable data entry skills Confident in communicating with all levels of staff and across different parts of the business (Including outside of the UK). Meticulous attention to detail Ability to review high volume of data Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
