Overview
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our business partners based in Watford. Working in a fast-paced environment you will be working on a number of varied tasks and must be able to multi task while maintaining precise attention to detail. It is important that you have a structured way of working and can be flexible in the tasks you will be responsible for. Key Responsibilities General Umbrella Payroll and compliance related Administrative tasks Running payrolls - outsourced & umbrella weekly/bi weekly/4 weekly/monthly RTI reporting Payroll reconciliation Including chasing ID, P45, employment contracts Taking payroll queries Umbrella payroll explanations & illustrations PAYE payments Invoice generation Administration - expense processing, expense checking, portal guidance, ID checks, Contract of Employment checks Attributes Flexible self-motivated Hands on. The ability to establish and grow the team as the business expands will be key Organised and focussed Prioritisation skills crucial Attention to detail and accuracy Strong systems skills Calm and no nonsense pragmatism Strong Excel skills - Training will also be provided Experience of pension administration Highly self motivated and committed Ability to coach a team Advantage Experience of the umbrella sector, Personal Service Company, Sole trader & CIS, Recruitment payroll Recruitment company background Audit experience, HMRC, FCSA Use of merit Sage Salary Circa £28-38k DOE, significant bonus potential Working Hours Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm.
