Overview
Errington Legal are currently seeking an experienced solicitor specialising in planning law to join their clients' highly regarded Cambridge based real estate team. The role will cover a full range of planning work and includes strategic planning advice, legal review of planning applications, and advice on CIL, planning obligations, planning appeals/inquiries and enforcement. Although this role is primarily focused on planning law, you may also be expected to provide support to the real estate, corporate and projects teams from time to time. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE, gained in private practice in a London or large regional firm or local authority. You will be technically minded, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good drafting and negotiating skills.
