Overview
A renowned International law firm is looking for a highly-experienced paralegal to join their Real Estate Group. This role is permanent and based in our client's London office. The successful candidate will work within the Real Estate group, assisting the general real estate, Construction and Real Estate Finance teams. The role will focus on supporting Partners and Associates on Commercial Property matters, Residential sales and acquisitions (freehold & leasehold), Construction related tasks and Real Estate Finance issues. The role will have a heavy focus on Residential plot sales. In order to be considered for this position, you must be highly-experienced in the relevant field from a well-known law firm(s), with the need for very minimal supervision. It is essential that applicants have experience of dealing with a large volume of residential plot sales. Applicants must possess excellent academics (including a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university) and exemplary communication and IT skills.
