Overview
Our client, a leading international law firm, are seeking a Senior lawyer, with ideally 5 years PQE, to join their successful team based in Cambridge. You will have experience of working with entrepreneurial businesses and running early stage seed and venture capital fundraisings and related matters. You will be responsible for assisting the existing team members with continuing the development and growth of the team’s practice locally. Our client are interested in hearing from both in-house and private practice lawyers who have experience of working on a broad range of commercial matters and are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience of negotiating commercial agreements for a variety of domestic and international clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants a mix of improving the breadth of his or her range of experience whilst taking increasing responsibility and ownership of growth stage clients.
