Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly successful law firm based in their London office. The firm advise wealthy families, property investors, landed estates, entrepreneurs and family businesses. This is not a paralegal position. The purpose of the role is to deal with commercial leases, lease surrenders and management transactions (especially licences to assign underlet and alter - including preparation of draft documentation). The team act for a number of established and high-profile urban estate client and HNW individuals. The successful candidate will assist the team with the management of large urban estates. In order to be considered for this position, applicants will require significant and relevant experience (especially Commercial Property, leases, transactions and some Residential Property experience) along with excellent academics. Candidates must be bare minimum GILEX qualified, having successfully completed their Level 3 and Level 6 CILEX exams. Your IT, communication (at all levels) and organisational skills must be exemplary, and you must be able to work in a calm, efficient and accurate manner in a pressurised environment.
