Overview

This is a great opportunity to join this "niche" property tech company with exciting growth prospects. The role of the Accountant is to demonstrate your strong accounts and billing background. You will be working with the accounts, project management and commercial team to ensure the smooth process for all the billing and recurring billing contracts. Key Responsibilities Ensure all stages of the Order To Cash Cycle are completed within defined SLA's Ensure revenue assurance on orders processed is achieved Implementation of collection strategies to maximise cash collections Billing & Collection query resolution via established internal and external relationships Ability to manage the debtor asset in an effort to reduce the company debtor days via established collection techniques with the opportunity to implement new ideas Preparation of weekly/monthly reports to be shared with Senior Management Ensure all payments are completely and accurately set-up on a timely basis and that the related collections are in accordance with agreed time lines. Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in Billing & Collections department Customer & sales focus and the ability to work with various departments to resolve customer issues Degree qualification is preferred, or other relevant Billing & Collections qualification of significance Leadership ability Desire to grow and develop Background within the property/hi-tech/construction area would be an advantage
