Working within the fast paced fintech industry and with access to a rich and detailed data set, there will never be a dull day THE ROLE: As a Data Engineer, you can expect to sit in a cross-functional team working with cutting edge tech. You'll be joining a rapid-growth start-up at an exciting time in their journey. Be ready to get your hands dirty Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following: Working closely with C level colleagues to build out a flagship platform for AI/ML. Design, build, and maintain robust and technically strong data pipelines. Have the ability to influence architecture and tooling decisions as the company grows. YOUR SKILLS AND EPXERIENCE: You will have the following skills, attributes, and experiences: Educated to a bachelor's degree level in Computer Science or a related field. Excellence and proven commercial experience in Python, Java, or Scala. Proven commercial experience writing infrastructure as code using Terraform. Experience with big data tools including AWS/GCP, Kafka, Airflow, and Docker. THE BENEFITS: The successful applicant will receive a salary - dependent on experience - between £90-100,000.
