To ensure the office runs efficiently including HR, finance, facilities, compliance and general reception for businesses within the group.To offer support to the directors as and when required, supporting business strategy for companies within the group. Description In this office manager role you will work closely with all areas of the business ensuring the cogs keep turing on a daily basis. You should expect to be involved in strategy planning and high level administration support for the Directors and wider group Maintain the overall maintenance of the office, utilities, cleaners etc, ensuring cost effective contracts are in place Health & Safety and Fire Safety Assist with marketing collateral and social media Assist with reports for month end results Other financial duties including; maintaining ledgers, Monthly CIS returns, VAT, credit control and reconciliations HR Coordination and assistance with recruitment, on-boarding and off boarding Profile The successful applicant will have worked in a similar role for a solid period of time. You will be reliable and have a positive attitude. Exceptional computer skills are necessary to carry out the multiple tasks across different business units.
