? EVENTS COORDINATOR TO START IMMEDIATELY - £11PHR FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS ? Do you love sports and gigs? Are you looking at starting a career within the events and entertainment industry? Do you want to travel for work? One of the UK's largest ticketing organisations is looking for a events Coordinator for the summer - with a possibility to stay on. Due to the nature of the industry, your day-to-day may change depending on the needs of the business but it's core will be assisting and supporting ticket transactions and events - great customer service is key Responsibilities will include: · Process and manage ticket sales and customer inquiries in person, by email or Skype and by phone · Support the delivery and/or collection of tickets · Support and liaise with various business partners and event managers · Assist and work onsite in the execution of remote events · Must be available to work shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays This will be a great role for someone wanting to get into events and take advantage of the London entertainment and sporting industry with some great work perks Previous experience within customer service or hospitality is essential.They are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, thrives in a team environment and is willing to work non-traditional hours.
