The Customer Service Advisor will be working as part of the Customer Service team based in Wythenshawe Manchester, taking customer enquiries, processing orders and checking product availability for Menswear Fashion. Client Details Our client is a leading company for Menswear Fashion, Within the Call Centre and Customer Service Industry, Dealing with Live Chat, Phone and E-mail queries from Customers. Description The Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor will include, Processing orders on the in-house computer system. You will also Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure the dispatch and delivery of orders. Profile The successful Customer Service Advisor will have/ be: Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
