Overview
Subsea Pipeline Design Engineer - UK Design and analysis of offshore / subsea / O&G pipelines. As Pipeline Design Engineer you will have e xperience in subsea (Eg oil and gas) with major contractor or consultant. Responsibilities Subsea pipeline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice Design calculations, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and 3rd party submissions Provide analysis support for projects using analysis packages Interface / Work with other subsea teams Coordinate pipeline support for cross functional projects in line with budget and timeframe. Experience, Skills and Knowledge Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering; or Naval Architecture Pipeline design engineering experience within the O&G / Subsea industry Subsea pipeline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice Experience in ABAQUS for advanced pipeline design and analysis Mechanical and integrity calcs for offshore pipelines using DNV Tools, AutoPIPE or Abaqus Desirable Experience, Skills and Knowledge Membership to a relevant Professional body Experience in AutoPIPE, AGA etc. industry approved software Clarehill Associates
