Located in a quiet location in Hammersmith, just 2 minutes away from Ravenscourt Park and 5 minutes walk from Stamford Brook station, Chiswick Nursing Centre is currently looking for compassionate and caring individuals. The role Working as a Care Assistant doesn’t just mean assisting residents to maintain their independence and remain as active as possible while respecting their rights of choice, privacy and dignity. It also means laughing with them, learning about them and using your skills to assist the residents with day-to-day activities such as personal care and meal times. You will also be working as part of a team to identify their unique goals and implement personalised care plans. And to accomplish this, you would be working flexibly to encourage them to explore new interests, take part in physical exercise and activities and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment.
