If so our globally renowned client needs a commercial Transfer Pricing Manager to provide advisory services to their L&L portfolio of clients. In this ambitious and inspiring team, you will join diverse tax specialists and Partners in managing and growing the business. Every assignment will bring a new exciting challenge with a clear path for progression in your transfer pricing career. Using your qualified (ACA/CTA or ADIT TP) transfer pricing knowledge, your responsibilities will include: • Leading global assignments, • Thinking independently and provide complex solutions • Supporting junior staff and the wider team while advising top tier companies in strategic cross border tax matters, • Understanding and adopting ongoing changes driven by OECD, UN and EU • Identifying tax risk, managing transactions and liaising with tax authorities all over the globe • Technically exercising judgement and commercial acumen when performing complex projects (like VCA, TP review, APAs and CbCR analysis) You will already have experience of preparing/reviewing/delivering: • OECD-compliant three-tiered documentation, • Functional analysis interviews and write-ups, • Detailed benchmarking analysis, • Multi-jurisdictional documentation projects, • Transfer pricing planning reports.
