A fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious qualified accountant to join a highly disruptive global technology company. Truphone is a global leader in the provision of eSIM and is developing a new suite of technology solutions (SAAS, IOT, mobile and App based) plus related business models on a global basis. We currently serve both consumers and businesses, and collaborate with some of the largest tech companies across the world. Requirements * Support project ensuring Truphones new product IP and trading agreements are correctly structured * Developing, executing and maintaining group transfer pricing documentation * Advise on tax planning and corporate structure * Managing interaction with outside advisers * Support tax audits and enquiries Skills and experience required * Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in tax advisory role in practice * Significant transfer pricing experience * Comfortable directly liaising with various business teams within the company
