Overview
Customer Service/Lab Assistant Carrington £18,000 Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Carrington. We are looking for someone who can undertake a hybrid role including customer service, logistics, data entry and assisting with manual tasks to prepare the lab samples. Duties will include: Speaking to customers and listening to their requirements Arranging deliveries of samples Contacting customers to request empty sample bottles Arranging collections Creating records and keeping the internal system up to date Making up sample boxes Cleaning returns Assisting other members of the team if required We are looking for candidates with: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a busy environment Initiative Hard working attitude Previous experience in either a logistics or laboratory environment If you are interested and meet the above criteria please send your CV ASAP to or call the branch on if you have any queries.
