As a Multi-Trade Technician, you'll become an integral member of an operational team which deliver housing repairs and maintenance, void services, planned works, project work and fire safety, to our clients. In this exciting and busy role, you'll undertake installations, repairs and maintenance work ensuring high quality, right first time, and cost-effective building services - works will include plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, wall and floor tiling. Another key aspect of your role will be to maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers, enhancing the reputation of Kier at all times. If you have excellent technical skills, relevant industry qualifications and multi-trade capabilities - ideally with experience of the building maintenance sector, this could be the role for you.
