HR Technology Delivery Manager - Chelmsford - 6 Month Contract - £500 a day Umbrella (Inside IR35) We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Technology Delivery Manager to join the team of a public sector within Chelmsford. My client is looking for an SME in the payroll and core HR space to be the central point of contact between the programme team, technology services, finance and procurement as well as third party suppliers and implementation partners. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Moving large scale corporate applications to a leading, recognised SaaS solution ERP including HR, Payroll, Finance & procurement. You will be responsible for the delivery of the core HR and Payroll workstreams configuring functionality including employee records, hierarchies, time and absence management, workforce planning, reward and payroll. Organisational Accountabilities. Work with business design & continuous improvement teams as well as change management and learning & talent to ensure a successful delivery of interconnected corporate systems with a focus on HR & Payroll. To be suitable for this opportunity; the following qualifications or experience is required: Previous experience of delivering a business change solution related to HR/Payroll/Finance/Procurement. Evidence of continuing professional development and expert knowledge in delivering requirements-based IT solutions, relevant to HRIS, People technology or similar domains. Advanced knowledge of data protection, information governance and associated requirements A good understanding of IT architecture as well as HR processes and how they interact with other services (e.g. finance / procurement). Experience and knowledge of data migration processes.
