Overview

We are looking for a multi-tasking Senior HR Administrator to join our Dynamic Company based in Chelmsford. The role is for someone who is preferably experienced with managing high volumes of labour on various sites across mainly London and Essex and who understands the need for the compliance process before placing any of the labour on to a site and can manage this full process without fault. Role: Ensuring all systems are up to date and compliant Excellent Excel skills are a must. Managing a Site Diary for the use of costings for labour on site and for the approving of hours. Clocking in machine management, running reports to update Site Diary and hours ready for payroll. Approval of Time sheets using the site diary for PAYE/LABOUR/AGENCY insuring all are following company procedure. Posting Recruitmentadverts on CV Library for labour/Apprentices and dealing with agencies for current Labour needed Make sure all documents up to date and valid such as; contracts, right to works, company polices, Insurance, cards. Make sure all Toolbox talks are up to date with the site Supervisors. Issuing young persons RAMS for those attending site if required. Controlling a database matrix ensuring all Insurances/Training are up to date at all times Manage communication with staff about changes, new polices and rules, company events etc Issuing contracts of employment, Improvement notices etc from templates. Assisting Managers on disciplinary meetings and appraisals Dealing with the relevant colleges for the training of the apprentices and making sure all of them are on the right track for passing their NVQ and college exams on time. You will support each apprentice through their journey, pushing them forward through each level and providing them support and with every opportunity for success. General administration duties to include filing, photocopying and answering the telephone Experience within the construction industry would be an advantage.
