Overview
Opportunity: We have a requirement for a Project Civil Engineer or experienced Civils Technician to work in our clients London or Redhill Office. Role: The role will include the design of drainage and highway networks for residential developments, industrial sites and commercial premises and will comprise both design and drafting using AUTOCAD. Key Skills: Experience in highways and drainage works Competent in storm and foul water drainage network design using WinDes design software Conversant with highway layouts (vertical and horizontal alignments) Competent in using AutoCad Knowledge of Autotrack Familiar with the preparation of adoption design and drawings for both highways and drainage (section 38/278, section 104); and have knowledge of and design capability for SUDS systems Knowledge of PDS 3D ground modelling system and experience in Flood Risk Assessments would be beneficial. Training: My client operates a Company Approved Training Scheme through the Institution of Civil Engineers and can provide structured training to candidates seeking Chartership.
