Job Title: Assistant Manager - QSR Salary: £29,000 Bonus Location: London Who will you be working for? Experience in a QSR/Grab & Go/Coffee environment is essential with a hands-on attitude, you will have at a minimum 1 years’ experience at Assistant Manager level with a good understanding of the management of a business & it’s financial elements. Experience trading in a high-volume brand (25k) is desirable. This is a great brand to develop these skills further and make that jump to General Manager, if you are keen to learn, this is the role for you Above all else, you will have an absolute passion for hospitality with an eye on progressing your career further with a growing brand you can really get behind Responsibilities – Assisting the General Manager in all aspects including; Managing service in a fast-paced environment Growing local sales Management of internal POS Stock/Payroll/Recruitment/Admin Leading/motivating your team with great customer service Internal training & development Bringing your initiative to the table Work hand in hand with your kitchen team to drive sales & smash targets Adhere to budgets & KPI’s (Labour/Wet & Dry GP) Does this sound like you?
