General Manager Premium Casual Dining South West London - £35,000 plus Service charge The Role We are looking for a solid candidate who has experience in premium casual dining at General Management level. This is a huge role for our client and will be the focal part if the business, they are looking for a leader to come on their journey and be a part of the whole process. You will be a little flamboyant and be active within the London scene, really enjoy hosting and creating a great experience for your guests. This isn’t your average restaurant, it’s about an immersive experience and has a niche service element. We are looking for a candidate who can mentor and develop their team but also someone who loves to be FOH and really drive the business forward by interacting with guests. Personality is key with this position – you will be positive, and this will translate to a great atmosphere for the guest. What are we looking or in our General Manager?
