Software Development Manager My client, a financial services organisation based in York, are looking for a software development manager to join them asap. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing company at a really interesting time, with a large number of new projects in the pipeline. We are looking for a talented, passionate individual with the following experience: Experience of leading & managing a software development team Strong technical / software development skills Awareness of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) A keen interest in new technology and able to evaluate and integrate them into a business solution Strong people management skills A good understanding of system design and software architecture Agile and / or Waterfall methodology experience The desire to own & drive genuinely exciting development projects Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
