Overview
This is a unique position within the Casualty Division in a Legal 500 national practice. The opening is for a specialist social abuse solicitor (3 years' PQE) to join an award-winning Social Abuse Team in the heart of the legal district in Liverpool city centre. The department specialises in defendant all matter or casualty claims - particularly workplace, public sector and claims against the emergency services. Working as part of this extremely highly regarded team, you will manage a caseload of claims from local authority and insurance clients, with a particular focus on social services and abuse claims. You will be a qualified solicitor, ideally with 3 years' PQE. You will have a strong background in handling litigated matters and will have previously dealt with social abuse claims. Although defendant experience is desirable, it is not essential. You will be rewarded with a competitive market leading salary, which will be in line with your PQE and experience, along with a lucrative benefits package.
