The firm seeks a passionate and capable social care solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE. You will provide expert advice and guidance on an array of regulatory issues concerning general adult social services, child protection, education and local government law. The successful candidate will fit seamlessly into the extremely well-established team and work on a portfolio of regulatory work (predominantly child protection and adult social care) whilst assisting the other team members & partners on a range of other complex instructions. You will need to have gained experience in a renowned local government/regulatory team, with previous experience dealing with myriad social care matters including adult social services and child protection for local authorities, etc. The firm offers a competitive market leading salary, an extensive benefits package, along with real opportunities to progress within this Regulatory/Social Care Department in the longer-term.
