Overview
Residential Conveyancer Liverpool City Centre £25,000 - £35,000 p/a Residential Conveyancer A private practice with several offices across the North West of England are currently looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to their team in central Liverpool. The successful candidate would be joining a small team of fee earners and legal assistants handling around 80-100 cases in a supportive environment. Taking on an existing caseload including sales, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, shared ownership and new builds. This opportunity would suit a candidate with at least 3 years' experience fee earning, who would be able to hit the ground running and adapt to the role quickly. Reporting into the Head Of Department, you will have a good level of support in order to allow you to flourish in the role, and also be able to work cohesively with a wider property team, spread across the 4 branches within the firm.
