This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor or legal executive to join our client’s Lexcel accredited practice located in Aylesbury. The successful applicant will handle a complex caseload of commercial property matters in the firm’s thriving residential/commercial property department. Responsibilities • Sales and purchases of business/investment properties • Landlord and tenant matters • Acquisitions • Reorganisations • Insolvency • Lease sales, grants, and renewals • Licences to Alter • Licences for Change of Use • Compulsory purchase • Utility easements • Renewable energy projects • Commercial/agricultural land development agreements The Candidate • Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE • Technical proficiency in commercial property is essential • Experience in development work • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines • A strong communicator with exceptional client care skills The Firm Our well-established, Lexcel accredited client with a history in the local area dating back for more than two centuries believes in investing in excellent staff at every level.
