A Commercial Property Solicitor is required by an ambitious, expanding law firm in Birmingham for a full-time, permanent role. Applications are invited from technically strong Solicitors looking for an opportunity to stretch their technical skills while working on a full range of commercial property files. Your New Role The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of matters such as: Sales and purchases Conditional contracts Non-contentious commercial lease work Option agreements Purchase and disposal of commercial and residential development sites About You Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors who demonstrate: Solid grounding in commercial property A portable following of clients / business Mid to senior level Salary In return, the Commercial Property Solicitor will be offered £40,000 - £70,000 per annum , although those looking for a higher salary will also be considered.
