Overview
Experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal sought for a well-established firm in Greater London. Joining our client’s thriving office in North London, the successful applicant will assist and support fee earners specialising in a wide-range of commercial property matters. This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities • Preparing, checking and proofreading correspondence • Typing and completing legal forms • Setting up documents from a precedent • Completing routine searches • Telephony and message taking • Diary management • Monitoring deadlines • File management • General administrative duties • Assisting other departments when required The Candidate • Legal secretaries or paralegals with a minimum of one year’s experience • Previous experience in commercial property matters is essential, a knowledge of conveyancing would be beneficial • Excellent typing skills • IT proficiency • Excellent client care skills • Excellent organisational ability and a strong eye for detail The Firm Our client is a modern practice with a strong presence in the Greater London area.
