HR Manager – City Law Firm – 15 month Maternity Cover If you’re an immediately (or on 1-2 weeks’ notice) available HR Manager looking for an exciting long-term contract, please get in touch ASAP Our client is a mid-sized, boutique law firm in the City with an unparalleled reputation in their field. Their current HR Manager is taking maternity soon, but is keen to have a long handover and to work closely with her replacement on some key projects before she heads off. This a small team (3 people) so the successful candidate will need to be a confident and capable, hands-on operational HR Manager who has familiarity with a generalist role covering; recruitment, ER, reporting to stakeholders, payroll and line management within an HR team. Experience in a law firm is preferred, but not essential, although priority will be given to candidates with experience as an HR Manager within professional services (law, accountancy, consultancy etc.). Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) and have at 5 years’ experience within HR at Advisor/Manager level. Our client is hoping to get someone on board ASAP to assist with some big projects that HR are working on, before the current incumbent goes on Maternity in a few months.
