The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' PQE as a private client solicitor or legal executive. You will work alongside a large and established team advising farmers, landowners and high net worth individuals. You will inherit a full and broad caseload of wills, probate, tax planning, care fees, LPAs and trusts work. Many of the HNW clients have foreign interests, so there will be the need to advise on cross-jurisdictional matters from time to time, although previous experience in this is non-essential. As the private client solicitor or legal executive, you must be able to work with minimal supervision and lend a hand in mentoring and guiding the more junior members of the private client team.
