Well a rare opportunity is now available for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a global firm and assist on a range of matters whilst dealing with large corporate clients. About the role As a Commercial Property paralegal in the finest team in the West Midlands, you will be working within a team of 6 other juniors assisting on a wide range of Commercial Property matters offering you fantastic exposure. Tasks include Landlord and Tenant matters and Commercial development for corporate clients. You will also be exposed to transactional deals such as lease renewals, licenses to assign and land registry applications. About the candidate To be considered for this role, successful candidates must have strong academics and had at least 6 months working within a Real Estate team. You must be commercially minded and have had experience working with a busy caseload. You will be confident in communication, organisation and efficient with Microsoft software.
