The Role This Top 50 practice are looking for a Real Estate Partner who specialises with Investors to join them in their growing City of London practice. The Real Estate department has had some of the strongest results in recent years and has strengthen across all the practice areas. The investor team is seeing some of the biggest growth in the UK for their development work with investors coming from Singapore and Asia, to the US. The team is looking to double in size of the next 2 years and are looking to strengthen from Associate to Partners. There is a real aim to invest in people who want to build their own practice and portfolio allowing people to progress within the firm up to Partnership. For a senior associate this good be within 2 years. You will work with Real Estate Investors on Acquisitions and Disposals, Joint Ventures and Development Agreements, Limited Partnerships and other indirect investment, landlord & Tenant, Property Management, Appointment of Property professionals and Distressed Property. You will be working within one of the leading Real Estate practices in London, working with Legal 500 and Chambers ranked individuals. The Real Estate department is one of the largest departments within the firm and naturally draws in the largest of matters. Requirements You will be a Real Estate solicitor with at least 7 PQE (There is no upper limit of PQE for this position) You will be have had great exposure to working with Investors Worked on both domestic and international matters. You will have a good technical knowledge. Salary is well above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
