Overview
Defying current market conditions, our client, a forward thinking and top ranked national law firm, is looking for a talented commercial associate to join their renowned practice in Birmingham. In this key role, you will advise on complex commercial contracts including outsourcing work as well as on large scale local government infrastructure projects. Working with a raft of major clients with interests across the UK, the quality of the work is very high and varied and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to the provision of commercial legal work for public services sector clients. Ideally you will have ca 3 years pqe although applications are welcomed from individuals with more (or less) experience than this provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure in commercial contacts and/or outsourcing and procurement work. This is a great opportunity for a talented commercial lawyer to work in a stable, robust commercial practice, working on cutting edge matters for clients that really make a difference to people's lives.
