SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER HIGHWATER HOUSE Part time 24 hours p/w Salary £19,945 to £23,836 We are recruiting for a Senior Support Worker at Highwater House, a dual diagnosis unit providing residential care for 22 adults with mental health and substance misuse issues. The post will require applicants to have good understanding of CQC legislation and safeguarding. You will be confident running shifts, directing staff, administrating medication, report writing, care planning, escorting residents to appointments, planning and implementing activities, providing personnel care, attending meetings with other professionals Highwater House is also Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) you will use this framework to provide support focusing on the emotional needs of traumatised individuals. Experience of working with mental health, homelessness or substance misuse is required or Residential Care experience. Shift working patterns, alternative weekends off.
