It’s a completely personal service from start to finish, and all at a fair fixed fee from £999 Due to the success and high demand of our ancillary services we are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator/Account Manager to join our brand new In-house Mortgage and Protection Department, Scout Financial Services, based at our award winning Customer Contact Centre In Croxley Green, Watford. As a Mortgage Administrator/Account Manager, you will be working alongside and supporting our existing Mortgage and Protection Brokerage Department and be responsible for the packaging, submission and chasing through of mortgage applications to mortgage offer - between the customer, lender & broker. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone currently working In Mortgage Administration and looking to further develop their skills In Financial Services, providing a potential pathway Into Mortgage Broking through our Apprenticeship scheme Main duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to our brokerage team who as well as mortgages, are able to offer additional services such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection. Submit any new business leads to the lenders in an efficient, timely and accurate manner Working closely between the lender, broker & customer to ensure we provide a smooth and efficient service Be a key point of contact for customers once an application has been made and provide customers with updates on how their case Is progressing Assist In taking potential broker fees for applications via online payment method Accurately capture and record client data, ensuring all records are kept up to date General office duties (filing, scanning, taking calls, organising post etc) Skills and Experience Required: Confident and professional telephone manner Team player, ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Strong time management skills Competent understanding of the mortgage application process, and how to progress a case from application to offer.
