Overview
Mortgage Processor My client are a successful and growing, family owned financial services business based in Watford. Driven by a passion for service and strong customer and staff-centric values, they are a specialist in secured mortgage loans. They now have an opportunity an experienced administrator/processor, with a background in financial services and knowledge of Mortgage Processing. In this position, you will process customer mortgage applications, sold by Mortgage Advisor's, through to completion. You will be responsible for: Managing and prioritising your own pipeline of applications; Order and obtain information from 3rd parties; Refer and submit applications, whilst updating your customers on the progress of the application. Required: Strong numerical, written and administration skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to explain complex information clearly Background in financial services and a knowledge of mortgage processing This is a full time, permanent position with a potential immediate start. Monday to Friday. 9am to 6pm. Salary will be £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, with an OTE £35,000 - £40,000, Uncapped.
