Overview
Support Worker Creative Support is a nationwide not-for-profit care provider who specialise in providing person centred support to adults with a wide range of needs. We are looking to recruit warm, flexible and motivated Support Workers to work in our learning disability and physical disability services across Salford (including Pendlebury & Higher Broughton). You will be providing individualised person centred support, enabling our services users to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, participate in the community and develop their abilities as fully as possible. Your role may include visiting service users in their own homes or in other settings as part of a structured approach and offering personal care and practical and emotional support in-line with their individual support plan. Hours are to be worked flexibly on a rota which will include eveningsand weekends. We also offer an enhancement for working night shifts.
