Job Title: Support Secretary Location/Trust: Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust M6 8HD Department: Dermatology Band/Pay rate: 3 £9.62 per hour Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday 8:00am-16:00pm Placement Ref: 33176 The Role Can you bring your excellent secretarial skills and knowledge to our Dermatology Department? We have a temporary placement opportunity available for a Support Secretary at Salford Royal Hospital. They will be providing the following support to the Dermatology Team Responsible for the timely typing of all correspondence from the Clinical lead, Assist as directed in the maintenance of the departmental waiting list. Handle general enquiries. Retrieving files from various departments. To liaise with secretaries/other health care professionals regarding patient referrals and investigations. Taking minuets and arranging meetings All other administration duties. The skills required are: Excellent word processing and audio typing skills Excellent IT skills Excellent customer service Minimum of one year's office experience Knowledge of taking minutes Experience of working in a health care environment Salford Royal is based at Stott Lane, and it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking (fees will apply). It has four on site cafes and two restaurants where staff are eligible for a discount. The hospital also has on site shops.
