This is medium sized multi-disciplinary building consultancy provides architecture, building surveying, planning, services engineering and interior design services from their 5 UK offices. They are one of the few medium-sized consultancies offering such an integrated design and technical expertise. This comprehensive range of specialized skills allows them to managing large-scale new-build and refurbishment projects from initial concept planning through to the design and fit-out of interior spaces. A superb environment for any ambitious Building Surveyor to join. They now require a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in the Education, Healthcare, Retail or Corporate/Private Sectors for their London, Essex and Kent offices. The role will cover a mix of professional and project based building surveyor work including party wall issues and disputes; structural building surveys; schedules of condition; schedules of dilapidations; contract administration and construction project management.
