Recruitment Consultant I am actively looking for ambitious, hungry, driven graduates for our client who specialise in actuarial recruitment. The business has steadily grown over the past few years and has already broken the £10 million mark in turnover, with a gross profit increase of 25% last year. All company resources are devoted to a very niche market meaning there is a real opportunity for someone starting out their career in recruitment to develop as a consultant, with the help of a very thorough training programme You can expect to become a team leader in 18 months, a manager in 3 years and a director in 5-7 years. You will also receive a competitive basic salary of £22k. OTE are £40k year one, £65k year two and £100k in year three. There are also fantastic benefits to working for my client including generous holiday allowance, all expenses paid trips for top billers - previous locations include Miami, Cape Town and Las Vegas and lunch clubs for top biller in Michelin star restaurants.
