To continue their rapid growth they are looking for a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants, the ideal Candidate will be of Graduate Calibre and have some Business to Business Sales Experience. We will also look at candidates with strong sporting achievements or candidates that have done something exceptional which shows the core competences we look for of - Competitiveness, Resilience, Driven, Proactive, and above all a Strong Communicator and lateral Thinker. Recruitment is a job where the rewards can be great you really do have the chance to write your own pay cheque and you really do get out what you put in. A Trainee Consultant can earn up to 50k in their first year if they have the right working attitude, which is why we are looking for Trainee’s that stand out, if you’re a natural leader who doesn’t take no for an answer and will always go the extra mile to succeed then we want to talk to you. Recruitment is a Sales role you will be given full training by my client but they will be looking for that natural flare and ability in the interview process and all candidates to demonstrate the competences already mentioned. As mentioned a Trainee Recruiter can earn up to 50k in their first year and go on to earn a lot more through out their careers but anyone applying should be under no illusion that this job is hard, you will be on the phones generating new business, you will be interviewing candidates and having to control interview processes with clients, you will be constantly looking for new Business leads. My client provides a basic of 20k and uncapped commission the working hours are 08.30 to 6pm but a lot of Consultants tend to work longer hours to earn more commission. As a bonus my client offers incentives to the high achievers including Car targets which when achieved means you get three different tiers of car, moving up is dependant on how much you bill for the company, other incentives include High Achievers Lunches, Trips to Las Vegas, New York and Ibiza.
