Overview
Due to a department relocation and team growth my client, a blue chip Investment Management firm, currently seek several talented candidates to join the Implementation team. This is an extremely important role in ensuring that all necessary checks are in place so that Institutional, Sovereign Wealth and Local Authority funds instructions can be followed effectively and efficiently. Duties will include: Providing administrative support to client relationship managers and the client implementation team Management and processing of client documentation and fund changes Processing receipt of signed documentation ensuring all necessary KYC and AML checks are in place Supporting client "take ons" and and client changes / amendments Working closely with key stakeholders such as legal and compliance teams Ensure fund changes are accurately processed and actioned Liaising with dealing teams Working in a time sensitive environment Applicants must have some form of compliance, risk control or financial services experience along with a keen eye for detail. You will possess a diligent and proactive attitude towards tasks at hand and be able to work in a time sensitive environment. The ability to work well in a team is key along with a keen awareness of risk ideally in the financial services sector. Strong numeracy and communication skills are essential.
