Overview
Job Title: Telephone Fundraising (1 month assignment) Location: Central Brighton, minutes from Brighton Train Station Pay rate: £10.31 per hour with the opportunity of pay enhancement based on achieving the required criteria plus bonus. Hours: Offering up to 35 hours per week (minimum requirement of 10.5 hours per week) opportunity to choose the shifts that suite your lifestyle. Hours of operation: 13:30 pm- 21:00 pm, (you can work a full day or split shifts: 13:30-17:00/17:30-21:00) as long as shift pattern favours equal or greater evening shifts. Our client is looking to recruit 20 Telephone Fundraisers, who are personable and passionate individuals to represent a selection of charities and NFP's over the phone. Must be willing to attend training sessions on 20/02/2020 - Thursday Responsibilities Warm calling, speaking to both existing and prospective supporters who have shown an interest through various different channels Monitor progress of fundraising drives. Develop and maintain media contact lists. Compile or develop materials to submit to granting or other funding organisations. Create or update donor databases. Establish fundraising or participation goals for special events or specified time period Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills Presentation skills The ability to motivate and manage others Excellent organisation skills The ability to work under pressure.
