Overview

Administrator Pro FS is an independent, family run business which provides Third Party Fulfilment services to ecommerce retailers in the UK and Europe. We’re one big team, so we’re looking for helpful, outgoing people who can get along with and support others. We are looking for an Administrator to join our Bedford office. As Administrator you will be supporting our admin team with the day to day running of the office. Responsibilities: HR Administration & management of HR database Maintaining records of health and safety training. Receiving and recording visitors and ensuring they are briefed on all health and safety policies and relevant site practices. Overseeing booking of meeting rooms Ensuring the reception and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy Purchasing administration Carrying out weekly stock checks and organizing office stationary and supplies Ad hoc administrative duties as required You’ll be part of a business that always delivers a great service - and that means you’ll need to share our high standards. We are looking for a reliable, quality focussed individual who can help us deliver the best possible service to our clients. Requirements: Accuracy and great attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Willing to show initiative. A thorough and methodical approach to your work. Comfortable handling confidential information. Excellent PC skills are required 2 or more years’ office administration experience. Terms: Full time 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday: 8.00am-5.00pm/8.30am-5.30pm/9am-6.00pm (flexible) Standard pay rate £9.00 - £9.50 per hour, depending on experience and skills Approved overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate 28 days holiday per annum including UK public holidays (increasing after 3 years’ service) Pension - 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution Discretionary bonus scheme
