Overview

Contact Centre Project Manager | South West London | Up to £110,000 (12 Month FTC) Are you a project manager with experience of managing multiple dependencies and tech teams across Contact Centres projects? Do you also hold strong technical acumen alongside top communication and collaboration skills? You will be implementing a Sales Bot to take calls, identify and model products, purchase dates and call diversion. You will also be working on a Front End to IVR System. Experience working on these types of projects is imperitve to succeed in your application to this position. As a problem solver, a leader and a business driven individual, you will come into this role to lead the implementation of automation across this clients contact centres. To be successful in this role you must have experience working with contact centres in a project managment position.
