Overview
E-Commerce Manager Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Salary 35K to 45K depending on experience An E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing the company e-commerce performance working closely within house as well as third party companies who provide a variety of services. You will be expected to manage and/or monitor all aspects of the company website including Setting up customer funnels in order to increase conversion, Monitoring new areas of the web and ensuring the company is at the forefront of new e-commerce technology, considering new plug-ins and extensions You will be expected to manage our third party suppliers and develop strong commercial relationships to ensure best results for the company. You should have an excellent understanding of profit and loss , Product margins and commercial sales experience. You will be required to learn the companies top performing products, how stock levels look on a daily basis and what and when to promote heavily using a variety of tools built into the website. You will set and communicate Adwords budgets with our advertising agents and hold weekly calls to review performance and make adjustments to campaigns. You will be expected to present the companies e-commerce performance to the Commercial Director and Managing Director on a weekly basis via professionally documented management reports. E-Commerce Manager Experience Required You would ideally have 10 years experience in e-commerce, In depth knowledge of AdWords, analytics, Understanding customers journeys, A proven track record of improving e-commerce revenues and reasonable ROI, Extremely computer literate, meeting deadlines. Work well under pressure, knowledge of the e-commerce world and experience in delivering highly profitable email marketing campaigns.
