Overview
13 Month FTC Maternity Contract - L& D Coordinator/Analyst Working within the Learning and Development Department for a large reputable organisation based in Leatherhead. Objective: Supporting the implementation of a new Learning Management System Overseeing an e-learning provision Supporting the training needs analysis data processes Supporting the successful delivery of Learning and Development solutions across the group. Key accountabilities for the role will include: Part of a project team to implement a Learning Management System Day to day ownership of e-Learning, including company wide launches and bespoke design solutions. Support the annual training needs analysis data processes across the business, resulting in the annual training plan creation. In addition, support the group Learning and Development operational activity, including: data reporting, programme bookings, liaising with vendors, line managers, delegates and venues This position would suit an experienced Learning & Development individual who wants to help implement an LMS System and influence and design exciting e-content. You will have strong learning systems and data background Keen to work as part of a project team. Excellent communicator Confident with learning systems/ data and training needs analysis processes.
